The absolutely new advanced facility guarantees the quality of our safety gears and large daily production output is required to meet the demands for safety from the world market; Full set of test machine were imported from Italy for helmets test, our test control centre tests the helmets accordingly to different standard, ECE 2205, EN1077£¬ EN1078£¬D.O.T, SNELL 2005, JIS/SG, AS1698£¬ Inmentro etc. We also can test back protectors, ski helmets, bicycle helmets, boots, jackets and so on.
From the year of 2006, our factory spent about 1m RMB and our entire team is making a joint effort to apply for the SG Certification for our factory. Totally we invited the quality experts from Japan to visit and instruct 6 times in one year. In 2007 our factory achieved certification. Now each visitor applauds for our factory management conditions.
